I know firsthand how challenging it can be for those living with chronic pain to attend in-person counselling sessions. That’s why I’m committed to making mental health support more accessible by offering online and telephone counselling services.

As someone living with chronic pain myself, I understand the importance of creating a comfortable, stress-free environment for healing. With virtual and telephone sessions, you have the freedom to move, stretch, or take care of your body’s needs while we work together to address your emotional well-being.

After check-in and location confirmation, we’ll discuss session goals and proceed. I use the same techniques online as in face-to-face sessions, fostering a therapeutic alliance through videoconferencing.

per 50-minute session.

$200 + GST

per 80-minute session.

Payment can be made through my booking portal (Jane App) or via e-transfer.
Upon payment, you will receive a receipt that you can use to request reimbursement from your extended health benefits provider

Extended Health Plan Coverage

Every insurance plan is different and will provide different levels of coverage. If you require coverage for sessions, please contact your plan provider before your first session. Many extended health benefits cover counselling therapy sessions with the RCCs, but you want to ensure that your plan covers counselling or psychotherapy.

ICBC - Free counselling sessions

As of April 1, 2019, individuals no longer require pre-approval for counselling services related to ICBC claims. If you have an ICBC claim number, you can book an appointment directly without a doctor’s referral. An ICBC counselling treatment plan will be developed for your case, covering the cost of 12 counselling sessions. Should you need additional therapy after the initial 12 weeks, I will collaborate with ICBC to explore the possibility of providing further free therapy sessions
